12 great tips for using your multicooker

This post is dedicated to those housewives who have acquired such an indispensable thing in the household as a multicooker. A smart saucepan is a real salvation for those representatives of the fair sex who, due to the fast pace of life, cannot stand for hours at the stove.

How to use a multicooker

For 5–6 hours of cooking in the “Stew” mode, amazing baked milk is obtained.
If it is off, you can boil milk in the same mode for 1 hour.
The body of the pan perfectly retains heat, therefore, if you ferment warm milk in the evening, in the morning you can enjoy wonderful kefir or fermented baked milk.
Pouch eggs can be cooked in 5 minutes in the “Steam” mode, and hard-boiled eggs in 12 minutes.
In the “Pilaf” mode, it is not difficult to cook stewed potatoes with a golden crust. It is not necessary to stir the potatoes and control the process: the smart pan knows when to switch to heating mode.
In the “Stew” mode, you can also cook potatoes without frying from the bottom.
Steam mode is a godsend for lazy men: it can be used to prepare a sumptuous dinner of ready-made dumplings.
