Green juice

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 1 handful of kale
  • ½ – 1 apple
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 lime
  • ½ bunch of cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger

Preparation:

Prepare all ingredients.
Place them in a blender, pour 100-200 ml of water and beat until smooth. Strain through cheesecloth, pour into glasses. Enjoy!

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 1 tablespoon almond oil
  • 2 tablespoons ginger shot (following recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom powder
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth. Pour into a glass, enjoy!
Tip: Use tahini instead of almond oil if you’d rather not use nuts.

Fresh ginger root (13 cm or 200 g), peeled

To prepare, pass the ginger through a juicer or chop the ginger and place in a blender with 1-2 tablespoons of water and beat until smooth.

  • 1 small red chili
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder

Place the goji berries in a bowl, cover with water and leave to soak for 30 minutes, then drain. Place the soaked goji berries in a blender with the remaining ingredients and beat well. Strain through cheesecloth. Pour into a glass. Enjoy!
