This cucumber pear smoothie is surprisingly beautiful! Cucumber adds amazing flavor and special texture, while pear makes it sweet and delicious!
Here’s what we use to do this:
- Ripe pear: which adds sweetness but is still low on the glycemic index
- Fresh cucumber: It is bright, refreshing and replenishes the lack of water.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled
- 1 medium pear
- 1 tablespoon almond or coconut oil

- 1 cup almond milk (or any other nut milk)
- 6 – 7 ice cubes
Preparation:
Whisk all ingredients in a blender in the order shown until smooth and creamy.
