Normal metabolism in the body is the key to health, well-being and full activity. How to “tune” your digestion and get the most out of your food? Here are the basic nutritional principles for a great metabolism.

We do not gorge ourselves: the stomach should remain a quarter empty.

Any dish can be drizzled with a ¼ teaspoon of olive / ghee oil.

Before cooking cereals, eating nuts, seeds, lentils, rice, soak them in water for half an hour. The tough legumes are soaked overnight.

We drink teas for digestion: ginger, with cardamom, fennel, cumin, coriander.

In the morning and evening before going to bed, we drink a quarter glass of aloe juice. This drink cleanses and improves the absorption of essential nutrients from food.

We eat foods that improve metabolism:

  • soups,
  • spices,
  • garlic,
  • leafy vegetables,
  • olive oil,
  • apples,
  • pears,
  • grapefruits,
  • green tea,
  • tomatoes,
  • broccoli,
  • celery,
  • parsley,
  • nettle,
  • turmeric,
  • beet,
  • fennel,
  • carrot,
  • ginger.

We avoid products labeled “low fat”, “fat-free”, “sugar-free”. Natural substances in them have been replaced by chemical additives. Eliminate white sugar, table salt and other processed foods from the diet.

We use organic products. Vegetables and fruits grown with the use of herbicides, pesticides and other products that are harmful to health provoke serious diseases.
