We never drink food with very cold water. Don’t drink a lot while eating.
Any dish can be drizzled with a ¼ teaspoon of olive / ghee oil.
Before cooking cereals, eating nuts, seeds, lentils, rice, soak them in water for half an hour. The tough legumes are soaked overnight.

Throw away your regular white table salt. It is full of toxic substances – chemicals that flush nutrients from the bones. Use natural, unprocessed salt types such as sea salt and Himalayan rock salt.
We drink teas for digestion: ginger, with cardamom, fennel, cumin, coriander.
In the morning and evening before going to bed, we drink a quarter glass of aloe juice. This drink cleanses and improves the absorption of essential nutrients from food.
We eat foods that improve metabolism:

- green tea,
We avoid products labeled “low fat”, “fat-free”, “sugar-free”. Natural substances in them have been replaced by chemical additives. Eliminate white sugar, table salt and other processed foods from the diet.
