We all love banana bread! Delicate yet full-bodied, it resembles a cupcake or cake. But what if you can make a dessert like this raw, runny, and healthy? Yes Yes! Today we have prepared a recipe for raw banana bread for you.
You just need a couple of minutes of free time to surprise your family and friends with such an amazing drink that can become a snack and even replace dessert!
Banana contains a variety of nutrients that our body needs. It contains malic acid, as well as enzymes, thanks to which carbohydrates are better absorbed. Banana helps the body maintain a certain level of blood sugar, which is why you are not in danger of having bouts of uncontrolled appetite. The fruit saturates us with vitamins C and E, as well as vitamin B6, which is responsible for maintaining blood glucose levels and helping to calm the nervous system. Iron raises the level of hemoglobin in the blood.
Banana is also a great source of potassium! One banana contains about 400 mg of potassium, which in turn strengthens the heart muscle, has a beneficial effect on the work of the heart in general, and fights high blood pressure. Thanks to fiber and pectins, banana improves digestion and bowel function.

For banana bread smoothie
- 3 cups walnut milk
- 2 cups bananas, chopped (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (or extract)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ice (optional)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa beans
- + toppings of your choice (e.g. bee pollen, chia seeds, chopped bananas, extra cocoa beans, and a little Himalayan salt)
First, make milk from walnuts. Strain the soaked walnuts and place them in a blender. Fill with filtered water. Beat for about 2 minutes, until you have a smooth and fluid mixture. Strain the milk through cheesecloth. Refrigerate milk until you need it. Note: Milk will separate over time, so shake or stir well before use.
To make a smoothie in a blender, whisk the nut milk, chopped bananas, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla powder, maple syrup and ice until creamy. Add the cocoa beans and beat for another 10 seconds for a crispy flake effect.
Pour the smoothie into a glass, decorate with the filling of your choice. Serve cold. Enjoy!
