  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 glass of water

  • 2 thumb-sized pieces of ginger (peeled and chopped)

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

Ginger latte with honey and turmeric


Fill a saucepan with 1 cup water and add the ginger pieces. Bring to a boil, cover, cook for 15 minutes.
Turn off heat and leave for 20 minutes.
Heat the almond milk. Add honey, ground ginger and turmeric, mix well.
Then pour 1/2 cup ginger water into it and stir well. Serve hot. Enjoy!
