Refreshing and healing drink. Recipe
- 1 ripe banana, chopped
- 1 tablespoon almond oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2-3 mint leaves (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger

- 2cm slice of fresh turmeric, grated
- 3 tablespoons vegan yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon maki
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (either almond or cashew)
Add all ingredients to a blender and whisk until smooth. Give it a try, adjusting the flavor by adding some maple syrup or banana if the drink isn’t sweet enough for you. Adjust the consistency, if necessary, add more banana to thicken it, or milk / water to thin it. Divide into small portions. It is best to drink shots right away for maximum benefit. Enjoy!
