  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup ginger syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • ½ glass of water
  • 1 glass of sparkling water

Preparation:

To make ginger syrup, combine water, ginger, and honey in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, set aside the syrup and let it cool.
