This is followed by a phase of REM sleep, which lasts about fifteen minutes. The person is in a completely motionless state, while the eyes make chaotic movements. When to wake up?
If you wake up a person while he is in the phase of slow sleep, for some time he will be somewhat inhibited and distraction will appear. For a good day mood, this is not the best option.
