  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Roasted nut mix, 1 teaspoon coconut milk for garnish

Liver Cleanse Soup

Preparation:

Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan, add onions, garlic, carrots, parsnips, celery and broccoli, cook over low heat for five minutes, stirring frequently. Add filtered water or vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, until vegetables are tender. But don’t overcook! Add greens, then transfer to blender, add chia seeds and lemon. Whisk until smooth and smooth. Pour soup into bowls. Top with toasted seeds and a spoonful of coconut milk. Serve warm. Enjoy!
