  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 tablespoon chia seed gel (soak 1/3 cup chia seeds in 2 cups water or liquid of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • basil for decoration

Whisk all ingredients in a blender except for the chia seed gel. Whisk until smooth. Add chia seed gel and stir. Garnish with basil leaves. Enjoy!
