Super Healthy Vegetable Smoothie

This juice contains fruits and vegetables of all colors of the rainbow, providing a mega dose of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that will boost your energy levels, improve your mood and overall health.

For example, here are some types of photochemicals and their effects on certain types of cancer. Lycopene or beta-carotene prevents the appearance of prostate, breast, lung and pancreatic cancers. Isoflavones are used to prevent breast cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate and lung cancer. Isothiocyanates reduce the risk of breast, colorectal, prostate, kidney, stomach and bladder cancers. Allyl sulfate compounds prevent tumors of the upper respiratory tract, stomach, prostate, colon and kidney cancer.
