2 frozen bananas
1 medium small orange
2.5 cm turmeric slice, peeled

1-inch slice of ginger, peeled
1 teaspoon bee pollen
~ 1 glass of coconut water
1 tablespoon coconut cream (from a can of chilled, full-fat coconut milk)
1 fresh date
1 teaspoon maca powder (more or less to taste)
Place all ingredients in a blender bowl: frozen banana, fresh mango, orange, turmeric root, ginger root, bee pollen, coconut water, coconut cream, date and maca powder. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut water if necessary.
Serve sprinkled with bee pollen. Enjoy!
