Coconut yogurt improves the functioning of the immune system, eliminates dependence on sugar and carbohydrates in processed foods, improves digestion, increases the ability to absorb nutrients in your foods up to 100 times. Most importantly, this yoghurt is rich in probiotics (good bacteria) that lay the foundation for a healthy internal ecosystem and is much more effective than probiotic supplements. Almond milk is free of cholesterol and lactose, which can lower high blood pressure. For the proper functioning of the veins, vitamin D and minerals, which this milk is rich in, are needed. Due to its lack of cholesterol, almond milk is very good for the heart. With regular use, the risk of coronary heart disease is reduced. Potassium acts as a vasodilator and reduces stress on the heart. Vitamin A neutralizes the harmful effects of smartphones and computers on the eyes.
